Your coach plans each workout for you. The app shows it one exercise at a time, with a video of the movement, so you can follow along on your phone.
Starting
1. On your home screen, find the workout card. It lists the exercises for today.
2. Tap Start workout. On a class day the button reads Check in and start workout.
3. A quick check-in asks how you are feeling. Tap an answer in each row, then tap Start. You can tap Skip if you prefer.
Reading the screen
The exercise name is at the top, with a percentage showing how far through the workout you are.
The video plays behind everything and repeats. Watch it as many times as you like before you begin.
The numbers on the right are your sets for this exercise. A green tick means done; the blue one is the set you are on. Tap any number to jump to that set.
Reps and weight are at the bottom, already filled in from your coach's plan.
The big blue button saves the set and moves you on.
The small arrow at the bottom left goes back one step.
Good to know
The three icons above the numbers are the timer, notes, and quick-add weight. See Timer, notes, and the workout overview.
The list icon at the top left shows the whole workout. The three dots at the top right open the workout options.
