Timer, notes, and the workout overview

Time your rest, leave a note for your coach, and see the whole workout at a glance.

Three small tools sit above the reps and weight, and the list icon at the top left shows the whole workout.

Timer and stopwatch

1. Tap the clock icon.

2. Choose Timer for a countdown between sets, or Stopwatch to time something.

3. Tap Start. Tap Reset to start over, and the X to close it.

Notes

1. Tap the speech-bubble icon.

2. Type a note about this exercise, for you or your coach, for example how the weight felt or where you set the seat.

3. Tap Save note. Your past notes for the exercise are shown underneath, so you can see what you wrote last time.

Quick-add weight

The dumbbell icon shows buttons to add weight in one tap. See Logging a set: reps, weight, and effort.

The workout overview

1. Tap the list icon at the top left.

2. The overview shows how long the workout takes, how many exercises and sets there are, and lists every exercise with its sets and reps.

3. Tap Continue Workout at the bottom to go back to where you were.
