Every set you save is remembered. During a workout you can see what you did last time without leaving the screen.

See your past sessions

1. Tap the clock-arrow icon on the right, above the set numbers.

2. The History panel opens. Each row is a past session, with the weight and reps of every set.

3. Your best set is shown at the top, and when you are ready to progress the app suggests a small step up, such as +5 lb.

4. Tap the icon again to close the panel.

Related history

The same view shows Related history: similar exercises you have done before, such as a different kind of squat, so you can compare. It fills in as you complete more workouts.

Good to know

  • History is per exercise. Open it from the exercise you are on.

  • Notes you saved appear in the notes panel, not in history. See Timer, notes, and the workout overview.
