Finishing your workout and your summary

How the workout ends, what to do if you need to stop early, and what the summary shows.

There is no separate finish button to find. When you save the last set of the last exercise, the workout is complete.

Finishing

1. On the final set, check the reps and weight as usual.

2. Tap the big blue button one last time.

3. The Workout complete screen appears and shows Saved at the top.

Your summary

  • Overall volume is the total weight you moved across every set.

  • Duration, Volume, Sets give you the session at a glance.

  • Want more? appears if you finished early, with an optional extra from Strix.

  • Quick check-in asks how hard the whole workout felt. Slide from 1 (easy) to 10 (max). Your coach sees this along with everything you logged.

Tap Close to return to your home screen.

Need to stop early?

1. Tap the three dots at the top right of the workout screen.

2. Choose Save & End Later to keep your place and come back, or End Workout Now to finish with what you have done.

3. Discard Workout throws the session away. The app asks you to confirm, because it cannot be undone.

Good to know

  • If you saved and left, your home screen shows Resume workout.

  • The pencil icon on the summary lets you correct a set; the share icon lets you send the summary to someone.
